Online training AccessE11 Customers Only: Case Work for the beginners

This training is for new or beginning user.
In it we will cover :
- Creating a case
- Editing a case
- Adding a contact
This would be good for anyone who has not used the system
The assumption is that this is the user’s first exposure so it will be taught at a slow pace and will have breaks for questions.
If you have new staff this is a great starter course
