Case management for the advanced user –
The course is designed for user who have a basic knowledge and hands-on experience with AccessE11.
The user must be a Case Office Staff at a minimum.
It is focused on the dashboard, how to use it, some of the reports that can be run and the easiest ways to modify a case or see what is on your to do list for today. It will also cover advanced search functions and preset reports.
In this course we will cover:
- dashboard usage and management,
- case administration for managers – reassigning adding tasks etc.
- Job Tracking and Management
The attendee must already be competent in case creation and contact management.
This course will be taught at a mid-fast rate to cover all the information.
A 10 minute question session will be held at the end.
It is a good one for managers or supervisors.
