About the Position
As a key member of the sales team, you will be tasked with helping us expand the AccessE11 footprint across the United States. This will be achieved by searching out qualified leads, and creating opportunities through targeted cold calling, online outreach, trade shows, and creating positive word of mouth for our brand to spread. You will be working with a small team of people who are all working towards increasing the market share of AccessE11.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Spearhead AccessE11 software sales across the United States
- Generate new sales and produce sales qualified leads
- Manage closing contracts and extending accounts
- Teach prospects about AccessE11 in demos and through RFPs
- Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Analyze sales statistics
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
- Manage activity and records within Hubspot and other systems as required
- Quickly learn and develop key knowledge about AccessE11, the municipal government space, and any other necessary associations
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of daily activities
- Other duties as deemed necessary for increasing revenue and opportunities
Qualifications, Skills, and Past Experience
- Experience as a Sales Manager or Account Executive selling B2B, SaaS, government, or permit/license software
- 3–5 years of experience working on a sales team, ideally within the tech space
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Hubspot or a comparable CRM, and a proven ability to quickly learn software technology
- Fearless, confident, and respectful cold calling abilities
- Curious, resilient, articulate, and self-motivated
- Exceptional listening skills, ability to ask engaging discovery questions, excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
